Grooming
BATHING
We understand that a lot of dogs fear bath time. Our aim is to make even the most reluctant dog enjoy bathtime.
CLIPPING
If your dog has curly, wavy, wiry, silky or a long coat? There’s a good chance he will require a regular routine of hair clipping.
HAND STRIPPING
Hand stripping removes the old loose coat, leaving the new body coat behind. Benefits to hand stripping include:

Kim was amazing with my doggies first time leaving them and they loved it. Kim sent me photos during their stay and even got to FaceTime them during their stay. They also had a lovely groom and are now all fresh and clean. Definitely recommend especially to all nervous owners really put my mind at ease 😊

I didn’t take Kobi to House of Fluff for a trim because he is a short haired breed. He went in for a shampoo and conditioning for his coat and the accompanying blow dry. He is quite a large and strong dog and was a bit nervous as it was his first time at the groomers (because of that I decided I ought stay in case he got out of hand). The owner, Kim, was great with him and he soon settled down and really seemed to enjoy the experience. After his coat had been finished and he smelled lovely his claws were trimmed and he was then given his complimentary bandanna to wear. A great ending to what I initially thought was going to be quite traumatic but in fact wasn’t at all. Thank you House of Fluff.
Kim has groomed my dogs quite a few times and they always look amazing. Kim is very professional and very friendly. She spent time listening to me about what I wanted and understood how nervous my dog was thank you Kim I wouldn’t go anywhere else x
Kim is absolutely amazing at what she does. This is not any old salon crowded with dogs waiting for a wash, this is a one on one experience. My dogs absolutely love Kim and also stay at her home boarding which we absolutely love also. I’m happy that we have found our forever groomer.
Kim is lovely and groomed my dogs really well. She kept me up to date with videos and photos. Lovely lady and great with nervous dogs. They came out smelling heavenly!
Kim does an amazing job with our 2 year old cockapoo Bonnie.She’s fantastic at communication from booking to sending pictures and short videos throughout the appointment.Bonnie always comes back looking exactly as we wanted and smells divine!
Highly recommend Kim at house of fluff! Kim is absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming so I knew our puppy was in good hands! It was our puppies first trim and Kim made us feel at ease by explaining everything and talking through the process. Kim even sent photos and videos of our puppy when we left to show she was happy and safe, which was lovely! Our puppy looked amazing and smelt gorgeous, we were so happy that we chose House of Fluff🥰❤️

The best groomer around, I have tried so many groomers and Kim is by far the best. She’s so loving and good at what she does, treats my little girl like one of her own. She always comes back looking exactly how I like and smelling amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Bring Your Own Food
Use small plastic baggies to package pre-measured meals and label them.
Medicine & Supplements
Include the appropriate number of doses that your dog will need to take in your absence.
Documents Required
Be sure that all required documents and forms are ready to present on drop off day.
